0001513: dbl clicking an NPC while in war mode (aka attacking) breaks the attackers casting

Description

When anyone attacks an NPC and then tries to cast a spell (any spell so far), the target for casting does not appear. It says select a target but nothing else happens so you cant use the spell.

- If we toggle out of war mode casting works again as normal.
- If we toggle back into war mode casting still works normally.
- The second we dbl click an npc again while we are in war mode, casting spells breaks.

Dbl clicking an npc while not in war mode does not break anything so it appears to be something specific with attacking the NPC and what it does to the attacker. Again, if we toggle in and out then we can continue fighting the NPC as long as we dont dbl click it again
