0001800: War/peace abort request
In original uo, you cant abort your skills, spells by using war/peace. Maybe a sphere.ini option can let us do that ? So we can make war/peace not to abort skills, current actions etc..

- Modified 0001800: @UserWarMode will now have ARGN2 parameter, which by default is 1.
  ARGN2 = 1 --> Will abort the skill action
          0 --> Will _NOT_ abort the skill action

So you can do a per-skill and per-character check.
For a general override you should do the following in your main event:

ON=@UserWarMode
ARGN2 = 0

I will have to reopen this. Can't use skills in warmode. But no problem at skill abortation

The report is about using war/peace to abort a skill. And it's been fixed/added.
It is not about being able to use skills in warmode, that's another topic.
