0001901: Sysmessages confused when you use bandages
When you using (dclick) dirty bandages (t_bandage_blood) skips the message itemuse_weapon_promt instead of itemuse_bandage_promt

I think it makes more sense (to me at least) for t_bandage_blood to be using target_promt instead, since bloody bandages aren't really the same as clean bandages.

There were some other item types using itemuse_weapon_promt too, all of which now use target_promt as well.
