0001467: Attacking logout PK make the char criminal

Description

If someone attack an logout PK (on linger time), this player will become criminal. This occoured on Britain (under protection), the PK just recall to the wrong rune and logout when noticed that he's under guards protetion. Everyone that attacked this PK on linger time become criminal and jailed by the city guards.
