0002271: Name suffix sending a empty string when using tooltip

Description

I dont know if it's really a bug or just a client behavior, but using tooltips the server will send a 'empty' string on the char name tooltip if the suffix (tag.name.suffix) is empty. If the suffix is set, the tooltip will show fine without problems.

This can be noted because char name on tooltip is not centered, while other texts -on the same tooltip- are centered (as noted on the uploaded img, that I measured the text spacement in pixels)

PS: I dont know if it occour the same problem with tooltip disabled too

The cliloc (1050045, the default one) number receive 3 arguments, changing to a single argument cliloc may confuse people out there avoiding them to use a specific cliloc (if not already using) to show custom strings EDIT: The empty string is a "\0" char.

(0002088) Feeh (developer) 23-04-14 22:39	This is something not possible do fix. Changing clilocs may create a confusion since the client does not accept the same cliloc twice, people out there will not know what cliloc is being used
