| Summary | 0001526: TYPE 't_light_lit' never decays |
| Description | Type t_light_lit never decays. It have attr_decay, and the region is not no-decay. When it's time to decay, it just consume 1 'light charge' and restart the decay timer. When it reach 0 charges, it recharge to 16 charges and start decay timer again.
