(0002829) darksun84 (reporter) 16-06-15 12:45	According to the changelog Local.CreateObject1 is used for overriding the effect id in @effect/@spelleffect Changes in @Effect/@SpellEffect triggers for spells: Local.CreateObject1 overrides the effect id. Added Local.EffectColor, local.EffectRender and local.EffectExplode allowing to override the values of the sent effect.
