0001460: AOS Custom Housing not checking for items on *txt

Description

MAJOR BUG :D

Sphere is not checking if the item is on the readed *.txt or not, allowing ppl use unused items on your houses.

Example:
My server has an roof.txt with AOS roofs (I ripped out SE/ML roofs, to prevent ppl use it). BUT, if someone login using an ML roof.txt, this player will can use these ripped out SE/ML items on your house without problems.

Make sure that: a) Sphere was not running when you made the changes (you will need to restart Sphere for changes to take affect) b) You do not have GM mode enabled when placing the items (GMs are not restricted to the items defined in the *.txt files)
