0002012: Party members without ally flag (green name)

Description

Party members doesnt get ally flag (green name / NotoGetFlag=2) if they are using "Party CANNOT loot me" option.
Party members using "Party can loot me" works fine and get ally flags without problems

(0001200) Coruja (developer) 01-08-11 07:43	btw, guild members with GUILD PRIV 0 (recruit) doesnt get ally flag too, but priv 1 (member) works fine priv 0 (recruit) must get ally flag too

(0001481) Ben (manager) 18-02-13 18:30	As for the "Party can loot me option", this is intentional as it displays who you can loot in your party. New recruits are not members, so no they should not get marked as being in the same guild.
