Description	if one player move her ship like 'forward' and then another player says 'forward' in another ship the first stop, and only move the second ship.

Example: Player A , Player B A says 'Forward' , B says 'Back', A (Stooped Player) says 'Forward' her ship dont make nothing need use another command for move but never the same ('Forward').
