Summary | 0001884: Unnessesary stat update packets | |||||
Description | Every second(? HitsUpdateRate) Sphere is sending 0xA1, 0xA2, 0xA3 packets(hp, mana, stamina update). Sphere not checks are its changed or not. I suggest to add an extra varibles for holding last hp, mana, stamina value(on any update) and send the update(0xA1, 0xA2, 0xA3) ONLY if stat is changed. It will be useful if player connection to server isn't ideal. | |||||

I can't see anywhere that would send these packets without the relevant stat/max* changing first. I've been idle for ~ 10 minutes and these packets haven't been sent (and then when I move around I start getting 0xA3 for stamina loss) |
